Overview

Protect the systems that power Africa's digital future. This track trains you in offensive and defensive cybersecurity with AI woven throughout. Core tools include Kali Linux, Burp Suite, and Metasploit.

You will learn to identify vulnerabilities, conduct ethical hacking, build defensive postures, and understand how AI both enables and threatens modern security.

Who this is for

No prior experience or degree required. Must commit to full-time attendance for 16 weeks.

What you'll be able to do

Curriculum

Phase 1: Foundation (Weeks 1–2)

Linux basics, networking fundamentals, security mindset, AI tool onboarding.

Phase 2: Deep Work (Weeks 3–10)

Penetration testing, web app security, exploitation, network security, and defensive techniques.

Phase 3: Real Projects (Weeks 11–14)

Live security engagements for real client organizations.

Phase 4: Launch (Weeks 15–16)

Portfolio presentation, interview preparation, career coaching.

Phase 5: Internship (Post-graduation)

Top 5 students receive paid 2-month internships.

Class format

Full-time cohort of 25 students. Mon–Wed: hands-on labs. Thursday: professional skills. Friday: presentations. In-person Nairobi or online for Nigeria.

Tuition & scholarships

Kenya (Nairobi): KES 25,000 after b54 scholarship (regular KES 45,000). Nigeria (Online): NGN 250,000 after scholarship (regular NGN 450,000). Includes all materials, AI tool credits, and 3 months post-grad career support.
